Our Story
We started Truer Therapy because we kept hearing the same story. Someone would finally decide to start therapy — a huge, brave step — and then hit a wall. Hundreds of profiles. No way to know who's right. No way to feel someone out before booking. Just a directory of headshots and credentials that all blur together.
We thought: what if finding a therapist felt more like being introduced by a friend? Someone who actually listened to what you needed and said "I know exactly who you should talk to."
That's Truer. Not a directory. Not an algorithm pretending to know you. A guided, human experience that starts with honest questions and ends with you watching a therapist's video and thinking "yeah, I think this is the one."
